Is online interior design worth it?
For most single-room projects, yes. You get a real designer's plan, a 3D view of your own room and a shoppable list for a flat fee from $199. It's most useful when you want a clear plan before you buy furniture.
How much does online interior design cost at Spacejoy?
Spacejoy packages start at $199 per room: Delight $199, Bliss $399, Euphoria $599. Every package includes a Spacejoy designer, 3D designs of your room and a shoppable list. Higher tiers add more design choices and support.
Will I talk to a real designer?
Yes. Once a designer is assigned to your project, you can reach them by video call, chat and email at any point, and they reply to all your questions.
Will the design fit my room?
Yes. You share photos and measurements of your room, and your designer plans around them, checking clearances and scale before recommending pieces.
Do I have to buy furniture from Spacejoy?
No. Your design comes with a shoppable list you can buy through Spacejoy in one place, or you can source the pieces yourself. There's no obligation to buy.
Can you design around furniture I already own?
Yes. Tell us what you're keeping and your designer works it into the plan. If an item isn't in our 3D catalog, we use a close stand-in; modelling your exact piece is possible for a fee and can add time.
How many revisions do I get?
Every package includes revisions, and the number depends on the package; each pricing card lists it. Your designer updates the design based on your feedback each time.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to explore options faster. A named Spacejoy designer reviews every design, makes the decisions and stays accountable for your plan.
How long does it take?
Your first designs arrive within 10 business days of sharing all your room details, and Euphoria can be faster. Revisions follow once you send your feedback.
Can Spacejoy work within my budget?
Yes. Share your budget and your designer plans within it, taking into account the quality of materials and your specific furniture and décor needs.
Can you design from just a floor plan?
Yes. Our designers often work from floor plans for homes still being built, and 3D renders let you see the room before it's finished. Email hello@spacejoy.com to confirm your project.
Do you work outside the US?
Not at the moment. Spacejoy's online interior design service is available in the United States only.
