A Serene Monochromatic Mid-Century Living Room with Urban Flare

To design a modern urban living room inspired by mid-century interior design, the key was finding the right color combination. For this living room, we start with a black and white, sort of monochromatic color scheme that brings out that modern-urban style. Then, we brought in leather accents to make the space feel warm and allude to the natural elements of traditional mid-century design. The clean lines and black metals make the area look clean and sharp, to bring out the modern touches of the room. As always, at Spacejoy, we focus on maximizing your space to its fullest. To complete this beautiful small living room, we chose two bookshelves that provided additional storage space while also giving Emily space to add decorative elements that complement the room.
