Vibrant Modern Mid-Century Living Room with Eclectic Touches
When designing this space, we wanted the living room, the dining area, and the formal seating area to feel united and cohesive but wanted each to have their own identity. We wanted to close off the dining and sitting areas a bit to create two separate spaces, which is why we used the muted orange sofa turned into the fireplace paired with two blue armchairs centered below your existing shelves. Because of the eclectic touches throughout the space, the dining room cabinet's floating shelves add to that vibe and won't feel like a museum. Moving towards the support wall, I've found this closed console for the turntable and speakers as well as some other items. Moving on to the dining area, the sputnik chandelier adds more flair while the shelving unit by the corner adds more storage room. Finally, we finished off the space with two fun geometric rugs that turn this into the perfect living room. Overall, every element of this space is intriguing, exciting, and unique.
